Honey & Milk Face Mask For Sensitive Skin

This mask is ideal for those with sensitive or sunburnt skin. 

For this mask you'll need:

  • 2 Tbs of milk
  • 1 Tbs of Manuka honey
  • 1/2 tsp of fine salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp of aloe vera gel

TIP: IF you can't get hold of fresh aloe vera you can find alternatives in the supermarket near the sunscreen. Just watch for additives if you react easily. 

add the salt to the milk and stir to dissolve before adding the aloe and honey. If you're using fresh aloe, or if pieces of salt remain, pour the mixture into a blender to 20 seconds. refrigerate the mask for an hour then apply onto your skin. Massage the mask in circular motions for a few minutes and leave on for at least 10 minutes.
