Berry Smoothie Bowl with Seasonal Fruits

A smoothie bowl is a great way to take a standard liquid smoothie and add some more interesting textures and flavours.
TIP: You can add a scoop of protein powder to your smoothie to increase protein levels.

Berry Smoothie Bowl with Seasonal Fruits

Ingredients

Smoothie

a handful of frozen berries

2/3 cup milk or alternative

3 ice cubes

1Tbs flax

 

Toppings

1tsp black and white sesame seeds

linseed/flaxseed

1tsp gogiberries

2Tbs pomegranite

1 sliced and peeled kiwi fruit

2 strawberries

1 banana

  1. Add all smoothie ingredients to your blender and wiz until you have an even consistency. For a more liquid consistency skip the ice. 
  2. Add toppings and drizzle with honey if desired.
