Cinnamon Cacao raw energy balls
Try these quick and easy energy balls for a natural energy boost.

Ingredients
1/3 cup red lentils (tinned, or pre-cooked)
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup peanut butter
3Tbs cacao or cocoa powder
1tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Directions

Drain lentils and put into blender with honey to create a thick but smooth paste

Add peanut butter and blend again

Add paste to mixing bowl with your dry ingredients and mix with hands

Form mixture into bite-sized balls and coat with a little extra coconut if desired

Store in a container in the fridge
