Honey and Maca Snack Balls
These snack balls are perfect for throwing together when you have 30 minutes free on a Sunday and want to have some snacks ready for the week ahead, or for taking to pot-luck dinners when you're on dessert duty.

Ingredients
1 cup almond
1 cup raisins
2 tbsp Manuka Honey
1tsp cinnamon
maca powder
Directions

Put the almonds into a fry-pan and lightly toast them until brown. pour them onto an oven tray, spread them out and let them cool.

Put all ingredients into your food processor and wizz.

use your hands to make bite sized balls.

Place into tuperware and store in the fridge until you're ready to eat.
